DELIVERY TIME

PACKAGE OPENNING RULES
- Standard delivery orders: Customers may open the package upon delivery.
- Same-day delivery orders: Customers are not allowed to open the package before accepting it.
REFUSING THE PACKAGE
- If a customer refuses to accept a delivery, shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
RETURNES & EXCHANGES
