Shipping

  • Next Day Pickup 
  • Same day delivery ( Opening package not allowed)
  • Cairo - Giza - Alexandria 2-4 Days ( Opening package allowed )

It’s allowed for customers to open the package and try on the fit( Except for same day delivery, opening the package is not allowed)

Shipment charges

  • In case if customer Refuse to take the order then shipment must be paid by customer
  • In case of return or exchange shipment is on the customer

Returns

  • We accept Returns & Exchanges made within 48 Hrs of receiving the product.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions

     

  • Both returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days

  • All Refunds are executed through Instapay.

Exchanged or Returned products should be unwashed, undamaged, unmarked in any way, and should have all tags please be careful while trying on garments to avoid makeup or fake tan transferring onto the fabric. To qualify for exchange items must not show any signs of wear or tear.
